Commisioning a peice of furniture is a varied process taylored to meet the clients individual needs. This would usually begin with the intial contact and then a meeting with the client to determine the item or items to be restored and what i required by the client. Many factors (size, condition, how much restoration is required and budget) influence this and would be discussed at these meetings.

This information would then be taken away and then the cost of the job would be determined. An estimate would then be produced with an estimate for a completion date.

Once the project has been agreed a deposit would be required to enable the project to begin production. the balance would be require upon completion of the project before delivery or collection. In some circumstances an interim payment may be required
